  • 1. Dear Prospective B anta Body Works guest, I hope this letter finds you all healthy and energetic. I am delighted to be considered as your future personal trainer. About me My early involvement with fitness and training started in high school when I attained my black belt and became an assistant martial arts instructor in Karate. When I transferred to the University of California, Riverside, I felt the need to share my skill and talent as well as bring something new to the university and help inspire students, staff, faculty, and alumni. I have taught a variety of classes targeting different populations and fitness levels including: Body Boot Camp, Ball-Fit, Box Fitness, 15 minute Abs, Total Body toning, and stretching classes. My time at UC Riverside has been very rewarding because I know I have inspired and pushed many individuals to challenge themselves, perform beyond their best, and return for more the next day.
  • 2. I practice what I preach. As an independently contracted model, living healthily and being fit is a part of me. I have modeled for Hot Topic, Inc., Ethos Runway, and have done numerous independent photo shoots for other prestigious photographers. My Promise to you As your personal trainer, I am wholly dedicated to using my contagious energy to inspire and motivate you beyond what you currently believe to be your fitness goals. I possess a strong passion for teaching and have full confidence in my ability. I will do my best to guide you safely through your training program and give you the best experience as my client. I am here to motivate, support, and inspire you towards a healthier you. I am strict in detail and form and will definitely push you to your limit and beyond.
