Biomolecule Labeling Biomolecule labeling generally refers to cross-linking or modification in any form, whose purpose is to conjugate a chemical group with target molecules through single, bifunctional or heterofunctional cross linkers to aid in detection. The chemical group can be fluorescent, biotin, haptens, nanoparticles or other target functional group and the target molecules can be proteins, nucleic acids and other biomolecules. Biomolecule labeling has advantage of signal amplification and biologic specificity, which can easily detect small specific biomolecule or change the native properties and function of target biomolecule. Labeled biomolecules can be applied as signaling molecules, drugs in medicine, and tools in molecular biology. For example, labeled biomolecules in tumor cells have different biological properties with normal cells, which can be applied to the diagnosis and therapy of tumor. In addition, biomolecule labeling can determine the spatial organization of molecules within cells and tissues. All in all, biomolecule labeling plays an important role in the elucidation of complicated biological processes and is highly useful in the construction of various small-molecule probes to explore complex biological systems. Labeled avidin- biotin technique BOC Sciences is expert at various biomolecule labeling techniques and we have the most professional chemistry team to offer you with best  biomolecule labeling services. There are some biomolecule labeling services in BOC Sciences including biotin labeling, fluorescent dye labeling, enzyme labeling, and custom-made compounds labeling.    Biotin Labeling  Biotin labeling uses biotin to label nucleic acid, protein, peptide and other biomolecules, which has the advantage of high affinity, stability, accuracy, convenience and multistage amplification. What’s more, it is harmless to people when compared with radioactive isotope. Therefore, it is an efficient and useful tool for many biomedical studies, such as various tracer immunoassays, immune-labeling, protein-labeling, molecular hybridization and labeling of nucleic acid probes. For example, the clinical isolates, tissue sections and PCR amplification products can be detected using DNA probes labeled by biotin. BOC Sciences can apply different kinds of biotin labeling methods such as bridged avidin- biotin technique, avidin- biotin complex technique, labeled avidin- biotin technique, photobiotin technique, nick translation technique, chemical coupling technique, and biotin end labeling technique.    Fluorescent Dye Labeling  Fluorescent dye labeling uses a variety of fluorescent dyes to label biomolecules, which has high quantum yield of fluorescence, high environmental stability, better cell penetration and intracellular solubility and minimal toxicity to the cell tissue of an organism. Therefore, it can be applied in many fields such as DNA sequencing, detection of cell, pharmacology, toxicological analysis, drug target design, and clinical diagnoses. BOC Sciences can use different kinds of fluorescent dyes to start fluorescent dye labeling, such as cyanine fluorescent dyes, fluorescein-based fluorescent dyes, rhodamine fluorescent dyes, boron-dipyrromethene (BODIPY) fluorescent dyes, coumarin fluorescent dyes and so on, which can meet your demand of scientific research and accelerate the progress of scientific research.     Enzyme Labeling  Enzyme labeling is a new technology, which is developed on the basis of labelled antibody (fluorescent dye labeling, isotope labeling) and histochemistry. When compared with immunofluorescence, radioimmunoassay and ferritin labeling, enzyme labeling has the advantage of high sensitivity, specificity, and diagnosis rapidly, with no special equipment needed. Therefore, it can be used to the four aspects as follows: (1) location of cell ingredient (2) research on the synthesis of anti-enzyme antibody (3) detection of biological body fluid composition (4) quantity of hormone. What’s more, there are also other biological systems using enzyme labeling such as hormone-receptor, and lectin-glucide besides antigen-antibody reaction. For example, enzyme labeling can be applied to the diagnosis of disease caused by viruses, bacteria, and parasites.    Custom-made Compounds Labeling  Custom-made compounds labeling refers to using supplied compound having target functional group to conjugate biomolecule. First of all, BOC Sciences can synthesize compounds having target functional group for what you want or you can provide us with special compounds you have. Then we choose the best protocol to achieve the goal of labeling. BOC Sciences can provide varieties of biomolecule labeling services you want. Our chemistry team are the most professional and we have competence and confidence to meet your demand for biomolecule labeling that can be quickly and accurately. Glad to hear your comments and look forward to cooperating with you.
