The PNNL and UW project managers were Geoffrey A. McMichael and John R. Skalski, respectively. The USACE technical lead was Tim Wik. The study was designed to estimate dam passage survival at Lower Monumental Dam as stipulated by the 2008 Federal Columbia River Power System (FCRPS) Biological Opinion (BiOp) and provide additional performance measures at that site as stipulated in the Columbia Basin Fish Accords. This report summarizes performance and survival studies performed at Lower Monumental Dam during spring and summer 2012.
