  Introduction Business is defined as an organization or enterprising entity engaged in commercial, industrial or professional activities. Business can be for profit entities or non-profit organizations that operate to fulfil a charitable mission or further a social cause. It also refers to the organized effort and activities of individuals to produce and sell goods and services for profit. Businesses range in scale from a sole proprietorship to an international corporation. Several lines of theory are engage with understanding business administration including organizational behaviour, organization, theory and strategic management. Business must also satisfy a need in society. According to well-known professors William Pride, Robert Hughes, and Jack Kapoor, business is the organized effort of individuals to produce and sell for a profit the goods and services that satisfy the society needs. The goals of the business will vary based on the type of business and the business strategy being used. Customer is a person or company who purchases the goods or services produced by a business. They are one of the most important in order to have a successful business. Service is a commercial enterprise that provides work performed in an export manner by an individual or theme for the benefit of its customer. A valuable action, deed or effort performed to satisfy a business or to fulfil a demand. According to Gronross (2007) he defined a services as a process consisting of a series of more or less intangible activities that normally, but not necessarily always, take place in interactions between the consumer and service employee and or physical resources or goods and law systems of the service providers. It was the way the customers treated by the anyone in the company before, during and after the sale. Canteen is a place where food is to be served and eaten where different snacks and drinks product are sold. It has a portable chest with compartment for carrying bottles or for cooking and eating utensils. The school utensils a canteen for the students, teachers and staffs to have convenient stay when having their snacks and lunch break. The canteen old also provides the students variety of food and dishes that enhance their skills and knowledge. (DepEd Order No. 8 of 2007.) Satisfaction is to fulfilment or gratification or a desire, need or appetite. It typically defined as the feeling that a person experiences when an offering meets his or her expectations. When offering service that meets the consumers satisfaction. Costumer’s  satisfaction place an important rule within the business. Costumer’s  satisfaction is a marketing term that measures how products or service supplied by a company meet or surpass a consumer expectation. It is leading indicator to measure consumers loyalty, identify, unhappy customers, reduce churn and increase revenue. It is also a key point of differentiation that helps to attract new customers in competitive business environment. It is the best indicator of how likely a  customer will make a purchase in the future. Improving customers satisfaction is a goal by many businesses.
