T&Cs covering festive bookings: - A non- refundable deposit of 10 per person is required for all festive bookings. - Christmas Day requires full payment in advance. - Any reductions in the number of people dining made within 10 days of the booking will result in 10 being deducted from the total deposit returned. - The full deposit must be paid within 7 days after the booking has been confirmed. - The full deposit will be redeemed on the night. - Any reductions in the number of people dining on the day will result in the full charge for their meals being deducted from the total deposit. - The final amount will be payable on the day by cash or card. No accounts can be set up. - If adverse weather prevents your party arriving, the full deposit can be used against a booking of equal numbers before 25th February A pre-order is required for the entirety of your booking no less than 10 days before the date of the booking. - Due to the high volume of bookings we advise you arrive as early as possible. You will be notified before your event if there is a time limit on your table due to another Christmas booking later on that day. - Christmas menus are as priced on the actual menus and no additions or amends are to be made. - Please be aware that reserved areas for drinks parties do not always include seating, some areas may be designated as standing areas only. - All areas are a request only; the management reserves the right to move your area without notification. We will always do our best to allocate your party in your area of choice. - We are only able to accept cheques as full pre-payment when received at least 14 days prior to the booking. No cheques will be accepted on the day. - Guests should be advised there is a 12.5% service charge added on all tables over the festive period. - VAT is included in all stated prices - Only food and drink purchased from us is to be consumed on the premises. - Due to the space limits of this brochure, not all ingredients are stated. If any of your party has any allergies or intollerances, please let us know so that we can make appropriate arrangements. - We may periodically contact you about special offers or other information we think you may find interesting, using the contact information you have provided.
