Kindly be informed that an audit will be carried out on the implementation of the policies and SOP below in the 4 th  week of September 2019. UniKL/CITC/POL/16 & UniKL/CITC/SOP/05 i. Appointment memo/email to Vetting Committee Members (VCM) ii. VCM Notification memo/email iii. Vetted drafts of Final Examination Paper sets and Marking Schemes iv. Table of Specification (TOS) v. Hardcopy of Final Examination Paper sets & Marking Schemes vi. Vetting Checklist Form (VCF) 2. UniKL/CITC/POL/11 i. New/Reviewed Programme Structure (effective January 2019) ii. Course syllabuses for Foreign Language centralised courses as of January 2019   This audit is to comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Institutes will be contacted to confirm the actual dates of audit through the respective Teaching & Learning coordinators and/or Deputy Deans (Academic & Technology).
