The course objective is to equip students on fundamental and important concepts and techniques of Business Statistics. This course will help such students. Concepts and techniques will be covered in the lecture sessions. The lab session in the course will demonstrate the use and application of standard statistical software packages. ASSESSMENT METHOD Mid Term Evaluation: 35 % (Open Book Exam) Assignment 10 % (To be presented and submitted) Class Participation: 5 % (Based on Attendance) #  Attendance >= 90% will get full 5 marks (out of 5) for class participation, Attendance >= 80% will get 3 marks (out of 5) for class participation, Attendance >= 70% will get 1 marks for class participation. A student will not get any marks for class participation if attendance is less than 70 % . . Each session will consist of 2 class (1.5 Hrs +1.5 Hrs) End Semester Examination 50 % (Open book Exam) Total: 100 %
