Goal: ○To approved RED REALTY as the lessee by the lot owner of the vacant lot.   ○To provide a suitable parking space lot for Boehringer Ingelheim   ○Toapprovedallnecessarydocumentationrequirementstobeabletoused and operate the vacant lot as a private parking space.   ○Guarantee that all payment requirements required will be complied.   The Process: SinceBoehringerIngelheimisalreadyclosewiththeideaofbeingthelesseeoftheproperty andsuggestthattheyareopentosupportacompanythatwillbecapableofoperatingthe vacantlotandusedasaprivateparkingspace.AsaserviceproviderRedRealtydecidedto offer directly its service to be the Property Manager for Boehringer Ingelheim. Red Realty’s Responsibility: ●ItwillbethedutyofRedRealtytofacilitateandhandlethenegotiationwiththelessor  to approved Red Realty to lease the vacant lot.   ●AconsiderableamountofservicefeewillbeoffertoBoehringerIngelheimasa Property Management Fee.   ●Redrealtywillprovidefacilityandmaintenancesecuritystaffwithintheparkinglot premises.   ●Government documentation requirements will be the responsibility of Red Realty   ●AcontractbindagreementwillbemadebetweenRedRealtyandBoehringer  Ingelheim as a Property Management Service Provider.   ●ItwillbethedutyofRedRealtytomakesurethedealisdoneflawlesslywithoutany  www.ebcsr.sulit.com     legal impedements.   REQUIREMENTS NEEDED FROM BOERINGER INGELHEIM ●AletterofappointmentstatingasRedRealtyastheapprovedpropertymanagement serviceproviderforBoehringerIngelheimwithinclusionofcompanyprofiletobe included for submission of proposal to the lot owner.   ●BoehringerIngelheimwillpreparethenecessarypaymentforthe40slotsallocation eachwithThreemonthsadvanceandThreemonthssecuritydeposit.AnOfficial receiptwillbeissuedasawholebyRedRealtyunderthedescriptionofProperty Management Fee.   ●Approval from Boehringer Ingelheim regarding this proposal rendered by Red Realty.   THE CLIENT BoehringerIngelheimisamultinationalcompanyengageinmedicalsupplies.ThePhilippine branch office is located at Citibank Tower, 8741, Paseo De Roxas Makati City. THE BROKER AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROVIDER RedRealtyisayoungcompanyjoiningtheleagueofeliterealestatedealersintheindustry providingbrokerage,consultancyandpropertymanagementservice.Itsofficeaddressisat LongosCalumpitBulacan.RedRealtyhasatotalofLiquidatedandFixedassetworthPhP 39,000,000.00.
