Applications are invited to fill up the post of Assistant Registrar (Inter Audit) through the method of Deputation in Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati, Renigunta Road, Tirupati  –  517506, A.P., an autonomous Institute under the Act of Parliament under MHRD. The eligibility criteria are given below. S. No. Name of the post and No. of posts Classification of post Pay details Eligibility 1 Assistant Registrar (Internal Audit) Group-A Pay matrix level 10 of 7 th  CPC A postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with excellent Academic record. Officers holding analogous post on regular basis in IITs, NIT/ other CFTIs/Central Government Organisations /AG’s Offices . OR Eight years relevant experience in a responsible supervisory position of which at least 3 years in the lower grade pay of Rs.4600/- (PR) in PB-2 or equivalent. Candidates should have a desirable leadership quality and requisite experience in Financial procedures/ Accounting/ Auditing etc. Preference will be given to the candidates having passed SAS Examination.  2. Regulation of pay and other terms of deputation: The pay of the selected candidate will be regulated under the provisions contained in the DoPT OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt (Pay.II) dated 17-06-2010 as amended from time to time. 3. Age Limit The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty six (56) years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. 4. Period of deputation: Three (3) years 5. Reservation of SC/ST/OBC No provision for reservation exists for the posts to be filled up on deputation basis. 6. Applications in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) of the eligible candidates whose services can be spared immediately on selection, together with the certificate from the forwarding authority ( in proforma Annexure  –  II) along with the following documents: i. Integrity certificate ii. List of major/minor penalties imposed if any, on the following during the last 10 years (if no penalty has been imposed a NIL certificate should be enclosed) iii. Vigilance clearance certificate iv. Attested photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five years (attested on each page). v. Self attested copies of all educational qualifications along with Marks list.  The applications along with relevant documents in support of qualifications, experience etc may be forwarded to “ The Registrar, Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati, Renigunta Road, Tirupati  –   517506, Andhra Pradesh” on or before 31 st  July 2019. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
