In context with adherence and their relation with Triguna and Tridosha there are no studies available as such.   Need for the study:  No studies have studied the relation of Triguna and Tridosha in context with adherence. Thus researcher decided to study the relation of Tridosha and Tiguna with adherence pattern. Introduction: Shareerika Prakriti: The dosa, one or more, which predominates in these factors, gets attached to the fetus, and is known as “dosaprakrti” (physical or dosika constitution) . Hence, some persons are constitutionally Kapha (having predominance of kapha), some are Pittala and some are Vatala, some have combined dosas. वाम     ऩ    कपो   शायीयो   दोषसह।   ानस   ऩ  नो   यज   तम  ेव   च॥च   स    स  ू१ / ५८॥   vāyuḥ  pitta ṁ   kaphaścoktaḥ   śārīro doṣ asa ṅ graha ḥ | mānasaḥ  punaruddi ṣṭo rajaśca tamayeva ca|ha saṁ   sū 1/58||   Vayu, pitta and kapha are trhee doshas of body. Rajas and tamas are 2 doshas of mind. In this context ancient acharyas have not considered Sattva as dosha. Prakriti definition: दोषान  शमता   ोषा    द   ेहकृतत  े   do ṣānuśayitā hroṣāṁ  dehaprak ṛ tirucyate      Ever attachment of a particular dosha is known as body constitution [17].   VĀTA PRAKRITI    त   वातकृत   जागक   शीत   ेषी    ब  भग     ेनो   म  भनाम   गव  भच     ितकयचयणोऽ   ऺ  नखक  ेश   ाथी   दखादी   च   बवत॥६४॥   tatra vātaprakṛ ti ḥ   prajāgarūkaḥ   śītadveṣī durbhagaḥ  steno matsaryanāryo gandharvacittaḥ  sphu ṭ itakaracara ṇ o'lpa rūkṣaśmaśrunakhakeśaḥ   krāthī dantakhādī ca bhavati ||64||   vātaprakṛ ti characters: The vātaprakṛ ti  person likes to awake in the night, dislikes cold and cold things, ugly looking, thief, Matsarya, Anarya, like to wonder here and there, who has kracks in palms and soles, who has small and dry moustaches, nails and hairs; angry in nature, who rubs teeth against each other. Other charecters of vātaprakṛ ti person अध  ृतयढसौद   कृत   कृशऩषोधनीत   राऩी     तगतयिनोऽनवताा   वमत   च   गत   स   ेण   स  ॥६५॥   अवतर  भयधनसञम।   कञद   ेव   वरऩनफ     ातकृतय  ेष   न  ॥६६॥   adh ṛ tirad ṛḍ hasauh ṛ da ḥ  k ṛ taghna ḥ  k ṛśaparuṣodhamanītaḥ   pralāpī  drutagatira ṭano'navasthitātmā viyati ca gacchati saṁ  bhrame ṇ a supta ḥ  ||65|| avyavasthitaścaladṛṣṭ irmandaratnadhanasañcayamitra ḥ | kiñcideva vilapatyanibaddha ṁ   mārutaprakṛ tire ṣ a manu ṣ ya ḥ ||66||  Person who is intelligent, who do not have firm good friendship, kritaghna, thin looking, who has hard veins, more talkative, who walks in speed, who has tendency of wondering here and there, who has lack of concentration, who dreams of no use immediately when he falls sleep.  Not a systematic person, who has unsteady vision, who has less money, jewels, friends in his life; who talks irrelevantly in between conversation, these all are charecteristics of vātaprakṛ ti  person. Charecters of pittaprak ṛ ti persons:   ऩकृत       ेदनो    ग  भ   ऩीतशीतराङा \ नखनमनताजौ   ऩाणऩादतरो    ब  भगोवरीऩरतखारज  ो   फब  ग     ेषी   ऺकोसादो   फरो   ाम     बवत॥६८॥     ेधावी   नऩ  णातव  भग  वा   त  ेजी   सतष      न  भवायवीम  भ।   स     सन ्कनकऩराशकण  भकायान ्सऩम  ेदऩ   च   ताशव   ला॥६९॥   न   बमात ्ण  ेदत  ेृ    णत  ेऩ   सानदानच।   बवतीह    सदा   थतागत   स   बव  ेदह    ऩकृत॥७०॥   pittaprak ṛ tistu svedano durgandha ḥ   pītaśītalāṅgastāmra   nakhanayanatālujihvauṣṭha pāṇipādatalo durbhagovalīpalitakhālityajuṣṭ ho  bahubhugu ṣṇ adve ṣī kṣiprakoprasādo madhyabalo madhyāyuśca bhavati||68||   medhāvī nipuṇāmatirviguhyavaktā tejasvī samitiṣu durnivāravīryaḥ | supta ḥ  san kanakap ālaśakarṇikārān sapaśyedapi ca hutāśavidyudulkāḥ ||69|| na bhayāt praṇ amedate ṣ vam ṛ du ḥ  pra ṇ ate ṣvapi sāntvanadānaruciḥ |  bhavatīha sadā vyathitāsyagatiīḥ  sa bhavediha pittaprak ṛ ti ḥ ||70|| The pittaprak  ṛ  ti persons swaet a lot, emit faul smell from the body; will have yellowish, sheetalanga, coppery nails, eyes, pallate, tounge, lips, palms and soles. Ugly looking, will have  wrinkles on the skin, early grey hairs, loss of hairs. Eats a lot because of increased appetite, hates hot, get nourishment quickly. Who has moderate strength and moderate life span, intelligent, not maintains secretes, glamerous, blessed with scarsity of offsprings. Indulges in offering to needy  people.    ेकृत     व  ीवयन शाा  भयकशय   काडानातवण  भ   स  बग   मदश  भनो   ध  यम   कृतऻो   ध  ृतान ्सह  यरोऩो   फरवा याही   ढवैय   बवत॥७२॥   श  ाऺ   यक  िरारनीरक  ेशो   रीवान ्जरदृदङस हघोष।   स     सन ्सकरह  सचवाकान ्स ऩम  ेदऩ   च   जराशमान ्नोऻान ्॥७३॥   यान  े   स  वबगा   धव   सग  णोऩऩ।     ेशऺो   ानमता   ग  णा    ऻ  ेमो   फरासकृत  भन  ॥७४।   ढशात   यधन   ऩयगम   चयात ्ददात   फ।   ऩयनतवाऩद   सतत    ग  ानकय   बव  ेत ्स   सदा॥७५॥   śleṣ maprak ṛtistu dūrvendīvaranistriṁśārdrāriṣṭakaśara   kāṇḍānāmanyatamavarṇ a ḥ  subhaga ḥ   priyadarśano madhurapriyaḥ  k ṛ tajño dh ṛtimān sahiṣṇuralolupo balavāṁściragrāhī dṛḍhavairaśca bhavati||72||   śuklākṣ a ḥ  sthiraku ṭilālinīlakeśo lakṣmīvān jaladamṛ da ṅ gasi ṁ hagho ṣ a ḥ | supta ḥ  san sakamalaha ṁsacakravākān saṁpaśyedapi ca jalāśayān manojñān||73||   raktāntanetraḥ   suvibhaktagātraḥ  snigdhacchavi ḥ  satvagu ṇ opapanna ḥ | kleśakṣamo mānayitā gurūṇāṁ    jñeyo balāsaprakṛ tirmanu ṣ ya ḥ ||74| d ṛḍhaśāstramatiḥ  sthiramitradhana ḥ  pariga ṇya cirāt pradadāti bahu|   pariniścitavākyapadaḥ  satata ṁ   gurumānakaraśca bhavet sa sadā||75||  Kapha dosha person will be having good personality, looking and speech.
