This accommodation must be booked through the office, in advance of the Summer Schools (and by June 1 at the latest), and is subject to (limited) availability. Charges for bed, breakfast and evening meal are the same as the daily rates (A) shown above. 3. Guest accommodation Very occasionally, Colleges are able to house the guests of registered students or faculty members overnight (for a maximum of three nights), and/or to supply guests with dinners. Non-students (i.e. those not currently registered on one of our International Summer Schools) have to be charged the student rate, plus VAT. Closing dinners at the end of programmes are not normally open to guests, but if places are available, closing dinners will also be charged at the higher rate. This charge will also apply to spouses/partners/family members of accompanying faculty. Student guest accommodation/meals can only be booked during the Summer Schools through a Resident Assistants, and not before. Faculty guest accommodation must be booked by June 1 through the Student Relations and Mailing Officer. Guest meal charges will be available upon request.
