(Avoid abstract terms like know, believe, understand.)MEASUREABLE ã What are the measurable indicators of success? ã Is the goal verifiable?MISSIONSteps leading to realization of your visionTicket goals should be SMART.Ticket goals should be SMART.ATTAINABLE ã Is the goal realistic? (Avoid extremes in cost, time or manpower.
