  48 Hour Film Project Singapore 2014 JudgesWilson Yip  A passionate filmmaker, Wilson is the Creative/Film Director of Vividthree Productions, a leading Film and TV 3D-animation & VFX studio in Singapore. Prior to that, he freelanced as a TV director/ writer, cinematographer and producer on numerous productions in Singapore and California, where he graduated with honors from Chapman University's film school.His short films “Happiness Is” (’04) and “Madam Chan” (’09) have traveled and competed internationally, winning awards in Berlin, Paris and Singapore, while his commissioned short “Shooting Pamelyn Chee” premiered at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.Wilson has also directed commercials and spots for established agencies and companies like BBDO, RedWorks | Ogilvy & Mather, StarHub, Singtel amongst others, winning awards from PromaxBDA and the New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards along the way. Wilson is currently developing his feature film.  T T Dhavamanni  Award winning writer/director/executive producer T T Dhavamanni’s “Match Stick - The Musical” tele-movie not only garnered him an Award in the New York Festivals, it was also rated high and was duly nominated in the prestigious ABU/CASBA Child Rights Award presented by the UNICEF. He has also amassed four nominations in the Asian Television Awards for his work including in the Best Direction category.Dhavamanni was also one of nine filmmakers who were selected for the “New Feature Film Fund 2009”, awarded by the Singapore Film Commission. He then went onto co-write, direct and produce the film titled “Gurushetram – 24 Hours of Anger” which made its theatrical premiere in Singapore and International debut in India and Malaysia.Dhavamanni is currently directing and executive producing an English television feature titled “The Learning Curve” for the MediaCorp’s Channel 5.  Ray Pang Ray is an award-winning filmmaker, both locally and international. He developed his passion for film at 18 while studying for a diploma in Interactive Media Design at the local Temasek Design School. In 2010, he graduated with a Bachelor in Film & Television (FTV) from the Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. His short films have screened and won awards in festivals including WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival, Los Angeles Movie Awards, Short Shorts Film Festival Asia (Japan).His film, Closer To Me was the finalist for the prestigious Louis Vuitton’s second edition Journey  Awards. Making the only Singaporean to be nominated for the Jury's awards and People's Choice award of the contest. Later, it gets to participate at the 66th Festival de Cannes's Short Film Corner.Recently, Ray was invited to screen some of his films at the 8th Sapporo Short Fest 2013 under a special program Asian Typhoon .  Kamil Haque Kamil Haque is the CEO and Founder of Method Metropolis which comprises of Haque Centre of  Acting & Creativity (HCAC) - an acting school, Method Talent - a talent agency, Method Casting - a casting agency and Method Productions - a production house.The three Method Companies are in the process of development and expect to have an official rollout in 2015. HCAC has been around since 2013 and is the home of Method Acting in Asia. HCAC serves as the first professional acting school in English in Singapore. The multi-curriculum training includes acting fundamentals, techniques and specific skill sets of the actor’s craft to add depth and breadth to an actor’s method of acting.Kamil has also recently returned from the Short & Sweet Festival in Kuala Lumpur where he was awarded Best Actor. The play, “Asleep & Him”, produced by Method Productions was also awarded Best Script and the Mercedes Benz Award for Creative Excellence.
