November 2014 Steve Gabriel, Principal   Continuing our longstanding tradition of excellence in the arts, Grand Ledge High School is proud to present Grease . Coming quickly on the heels of blockbuster productions of     Beauty and the Beast,    Les Miserables ,  Phantom of the Opera , and White Christmas  over the last few years, Grease  is sure to continue to entertain audiences! With a talent pool large enough to double cast the leading roles and truly transform Grand Ledge High into Rydell High, any one of the six performances is sure to wow audience members well beyond your typical high school performance. Grease is the favorite story exploring all aspects of teenage, high school life. You will laugh and cry right along with our Rydell High students as they explore many aspects of the teenage existence during the 1950s. Our own T-Birds and Pink Ladies will move you with their portrayals of struggles circling around friendship and strife, experimentation and rebellion, peer pressure and personal voice, and of course, love and disappointment. Additionally, you’ll certainly sing along with our chorus as you enjoy the recognizable tunes harkening back to 1950s rock and roll. Performances dates & times are as follows: Thursday, November 13 th  at 7:30pm Friday, November 14 th  at 7:30pm Saturday, November 15 th  at 2:30pm and 7:30pm Sunday, November 16 th  at 2:30pm and 7:30pm Reserved-seat general tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors.
