    EMPLOYMENT OFFER MS. Welcome to The Paradise Inn Hotel Apartments. We are pleased to offer you the position of Receptionist at The Paradise Inn Hotel Apartments which will require you to work in Day & Night Rotational shifts. A. JOB ASSIGNMENT You will report directly to the HOTEL MANAGER. Your date of employment will commence soon after obtaining visa & your arrival. This offer is subject to availing of work permit and reference checks. B. COMPENSATION Yours salary will be INR 25,000 + Accommodation. Your duty will require you to work 10 hours + 1 hour break in rotating shifts 6 days a week. Normally we encounter no problems in acquiring the necessary permission but can only legally confirm our offer of employment upon receipt of the necessary government approvals required, an Employment agreement will then be signed. All terms of employment are governed by the federal labor law of the United Arab Emirates. C. ANNUAL LEAVE Annual leave is 30 days with pay per 2 year after 24 months of continuous service. Timing for availing this leave will be at the sole discretion and approval of the management. D. AIR TICKET Following the completion of every 2 year of continuous employment, an economy class air ticket for sector SHJ-BOM-SHJ will be provided to you and will be paid by the company. E. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT The first Month of your employment will be considered to be a probationary period, during which time, The Paradise Inn Hotel Apartments has the right to terminate the employment agreement without any notice or compensation by way of wages, other than for time worked. (Page 1 of 2)   F. DEFAULT OF CONTRACT Should you for personal reason not complete your two year contract period with us the following expenses shall be charged to you. (1) Entry permit visa fee (2) Medical examination fee (3) Health card (4) Residence visa fee (5) Uniform (6) Recruitment ticket (if provided) G. CONFIDENTIALITY All property materials, information, data and financial statements shall be deemed to be confidential and shall not be shared or disclosed to any third party or otherwise utilized except in the routine course of your duties at Paradise Inn Hotel Apartments H.
