Statistics on anorexia <ul><li>Anorexia has one of the highest mortality rates of any mental illness. </li></ul><ul><li>It is one of the most common psychiatric diagnoses in young women (HSU, 1996) </li></ul><ul><li>Approximately 1 in 10 cases of anorexia are males (This is rising). </li></ul>
