Poletiek) Discover the world at Leiden University Programme Structure Year I 60 ECTS Foundation Year (Propaedeutic phase) All Mandatory courses Year II 40 ECTS 8 Mandatory courses Year II Electives 20 ECTS Psychology or other electives Year III 20 ECTS* Bachelor project Year II & III 40 ECTS Psychology or other electives Changes in In-depth course is now called Specialisation course Old/new: some courses have name changes and some courses content changes Some courses will no longer be offered All Specialisation courses are offered within 8 week block Specialisation courses are offered 2 a year Three eamination opportunities a year for specialisation courses Transitional provisions in place for courses not completed last year Year 2 and Year 3 60 ec of courses, you choose Specialisation Area 30 EC within psychology Required: Two or Three* In depth / Specialisation Courses 10 ects, 400 level (Specialisation course is required for entry to Master s specialisation ) Students who graduate before September 2016 need to take two 10ec Specialisation (Indepth courses) plus two 5ec psychology courses * Students still enrolled after September 2016 must take 3 Specialisation courses Electives Area 30ec within or outside of psychology With minimum one 5 ec course at 300 level Can include: Psychology courses Courses from another Leiden University programme Minor Elective Courses Courses from another Dutch university If not offered at Leiden University in psychology elective courses Courses taken while in Study Abroad programme PROPAEDEUSE Specialisation Course Master s Specialisation Master s Specialisations One Year programme Start: September 1 and February 1 Applied Cognitive Psychology Child and Adolescent Psychology Clinical Neuro Psychology Clinical Psychology Economic and Consumer Psychology Health Psychology Methodology and Statistics Occupational Health Psychology Social and Organisational Psychology School Psychology (scheduled to start in ) It is not possible to have more than one specialisation! 1 year Master Specialisations Specialisation Courses Required for Master specialisation (10EC) Applied Cognitive Psychology Child and Adolescent Psychology Clinical Neuropsychology Clinical Psychology Economic and Consumer Psychology Health Psychology Methodology and Statistics in Psychology Occupational Health Psychology School Psychology ( ) Social and Organisational Psychology Applied Cognitive Psychology Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology Clinical Neuropsychology Clinical Psychology Economic and Consumer Psychology Health and Medical Psychology Two, 5ec courses are required ACP, HMP or SPO School Psychology Social Psychology in Organisations Transitional Provisions Courses offered IBP programme Health Psychology WG not passed: take WG of Health and Medical Psychology Eam not passed: take eamination of Health and Medical Psychology Cooperation and Conflict If course was WG not passed: take WG of Social Psychology in Organisations successfully Eam not passed: take eam of Social Psychology in Organisations completed in you do not need Social and Emotional Development to take new course WG or Eam not passed: take Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology Child and Adolescent Psychiatry No transitional provision. Bachelor s project is 20 ec in Bachelor s Project is 15 ec in Registration Semester I of Will take place July 13- August 14, 2015 in usis Make sure to use the IBP Work Group codes!!
