The audit provides a snapshot forthe F* to have a clearer picture of how the various systems and components areoperating.  The audit forms a tool for the F* to proect clearer current operating +udget andfuture operation costs. It is achieve +y assessing the e,isting +uilding# grounds#faade and all related components. 3ocumenting the /ndings and summari4ing allthe data collected from the audit# and making recommendations for service optionsto increase e5ciency# reduce waste and save operating costs.  The data collection process (  ref: Sample Checklist – Attachment A to J  )  for the facilitiesaudit must +e well planned# e,act and simple to understand# and the informationmust +e accurate to avoid repetitious e6orts. It should include data on all facilities#ground# infrastructure# maintenance sta6 (their specialties 7 added skill andcomponent such as uilding automation system# Fire alarm system# Fire Fightingsystem# )ir 8andling System# lighting# plum+ing and sanitary system# 9oor /nishes#furniture# ceiling# doors and accessories# windows and latches# curtain walling#parking# access 7 parking for the disa+le and landscaping. Theunderlying reBuirement is to reduce# eliminate ha4ards# isolating workmen from movingmachinery to prevent all kinds of accident from fall# loss of limps and fatality. )llsupervisors and workmen at workplace shall e,ercise safe work practice at all times.
