  • 3. <ul><li>This is a letter of reference for Jim Morris. Jim was employed from January 2006 through August 2006 as a Project Manager. When I hired Jim, he eagerly agreed to undertake the challenge of putting a project management process in place at Lender Live for our Information Technology group. Jim worked diligently towards that goal, but I was unable to deliver the resources, support and infrastructure necessary in order to achieve our milestones. </li></ul><ul><li>Ultimately, I made the difficult decision that as a company, Lender Live is not committed to putting this process in place at this time. As a result, Jim’s position was no longer required. </li></ul><ul><li>This decision was not a reflection of Jim’s skills as a Project Manager. The work he produced during his time here was of good quality and he went above and beyond in trying to move us in the right direction.
