  • 2. How does a 30 minute Coaching Intensive work? A 30 minute Coaching Intensive is a one-to-one conversation between an experienced Business Coach and a client. The client requests a 30 minute Coaching Intensive from a list of subjects. Current subjects include: Communication, Persuasion, Mindset, Inspiration, Delivering Results, Change, Service, Tricky Situations and Handling Inbound and Outbound Telephone Calls. A time and date is confirmed for the 30 minute Coaching Intensive to take place. During the call the coach explores the answers to five primary subjects/questions. 1. The challenges the participant is currently facing 2. Why the participant wants to adopt the technique 3. What the technique is 4. Practically how it can be used 5. Crucially what’s in it for them. These ensure that the participant has both the will (desire) and skill (required knowledge) to apply the technique and reap the rewards.
