This will range from 1-5 hours per week over a 6-9 month period unless longer is required. The family workers delivering Think Family support are trained in Level 4 City and Guilds working with complex families. Substantial Provision At minimum, Level 3 1. Family Support in 14 Family Support and Safeguarding Hubs 2. Youth Offending Service 3. Housing Intensive Provision with specialisms At minimum, Level 3 1. Third Sector providers including Barnardo s, Birmingham and Solihull Women s Aid and Family Action 2. Multi Systemic Therapy 3. Sexually Harmful Behaviour Request for Support Form and Provider Offer Think Family Outcome Plan FAMILY ISSUE FAMILY LEVEL OUTCOME EVIDENCE SOURCES SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS SUSTAINED PROGRESS Children who need help: Risk of neglect, neglect identified or there is low parental capacity Children s emotional and physical needs and developmentaremet by family Good parental capacity and wellbeing ThinkFamily Single View data Performance monitoringof open Think Family cases Distancetravelled tool inclusive of child/adult voice Children with child in need plans are successfully stepped down to Family Support or Universal/community services Children in FS have self (family) assessed improvement in behaviour at home and/or in school Parental functioning is demonstrating significant progress against Shared Family Assessment domains Child does not require a Child Protection or Children in Need plan within 12 months No repeat referrals for 6 months Multi Agency Strategy- Early Help Services Supporting Effective Early Help Evidence Based (Random controlled) Incredible Years Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Family Nurse Partnership Family Group Conferencing Solihull Approach Specified & Specialist Assessment or Tools Family Learning Tool / Outcome Star Graded Care Profile Strengths & Difficulties Questionnaire Signs of Safety Family Common Assessment Framework Effective Practice Female Gender Specific Programme Speech & Language therapy Substance Misuse Intervention approaches Healthy Child Programme Integrated offender management with police/probation Partners DWP Inc.
