In the actual business world, the United States is one of the most important countries in the international business world, well know for a culture and a customer service that can serve as an example for other countries, where the customer it’s the most im portant and the way the support its provide, using the most recent technology in resolving problems looking always for a good solution making an efficient work that shows the compromise of different agents of a company to keep the customers with satisfaction and good reasons to be part of the company. The customer service in the North American culture its compose of different areas and ways where the agent interact with the customer, being in all different ways where the customer can express a problem, the American culture its really formed of efficiency and real work that make that the customer service be one of the most efficient in the world, for that reason the compromise of the agent with the customer and the company its really important in American culture. The American customer service can be represented in different areas or even chapters that show us the ways a customer can look for help, and how a customer can express his thoughts about the service. In this investigation is exposed in a clearly form different chapters that illustrate the customer service in relation with what the customer wants, stats, facts that show us the thoughts that a customer can have and the way he expresses the results of the service or even what the customer preferred in relation with what the company offers, the potential use of the technology to get better results in a culture that is always changing the ways of help and provide support, being accessible to every person in his culture. Being the principal objective of the research expand the knowledge of the reader in improve the knowledge about the American culture in relation with services and help to the customer. The customer service in the United States can be really important at the time we examine our way to interact with customers, because the customer service in the United States can show us the importance of help the customer always looking for a good solution and provide satisfaction in all the ways possible while we realize our work in a correct form. Also, to improve the knowledge about the customer service in a personal way, and helping the reader to understand in a best way the customer service and the necessary it is when we interact with the customer.  2 The customer service Culture in USA. Customer service is the support you offer your customers —  both before and after they buy and use your products or services —  that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you. Offering amazing customer service is important if you want to retain custom ers and grow your business. Today’s customer service goes far beyond the traditional telephone support agent. It’s available via email, web, text message, and social media. Many companies also provide self-service support, so customers can find their own answers at any time day or night. Customer support is more than just providing answers; it’s an important part of the promise your brand makes to its customers.  The service in the North American businesses already go very advanced. Since the publication of Service Management in 1987, numerous companies have Adopted the service management model as the primary motor idea to compete in the service market. So that has established the competition that has been generated among North American companies for being more effective in delivering products or services. for example, the air travel companies, who have long considered time the fame of their bad service, they are convincing their customers of the future that their methods were renewed. So also, hospitals, hotels, banks and among other companies seeks position yourself competitively for the quality of service. Also, this renewal is applied in the training, then, the companies that give seminars are equipped on service management and many training media editors. They are reconditioning their customer service products and putting them back to the head of the list. As well as the universities in their extension programs offered courses to achieve service excellence. The Service Management is mandatory reading for the 500 and more general managers of the Sheraton hotels, as well as other hotel chains such as the Marriott and Some airport gift shops use the book Service Management as a manual from service. During this process, the businessmen have learned about the service 10 points, which They should apply in organizations: 1. Research indicates that companies with mediocre customer service lose businesses, so they look for a differentiating firm that positions in the market. 2. Most of the service organizations are on the defensive regarding the quality. 3. Management must feel the impact of the utility of the service to take it seriously. 4. The longer you are in a service business, the greater the discrepancies with the client.
