Enroll in benefits. 9 Getting to Enrollment Note: Your exact menu options may be slightly different 10 The Enrollments page has options to view current enrollments, print a benefits statement, compare benefit plans, review your current compensation, and change your enrollments. The Your Benefits As Of [Date] section displays information about the benefits you ve elected, effective date, coverage level, and your monthly cost. This section may also display benefit contributions made by the company. 11 At times, you may want to print a benefits statement, for example, during annual enrollment. To do so, click View/Print Benefits Statement. 12 On the Benefits Statement page, in the Benefits As Of field, the date defaults to today s date. During annual enrollment, you may want to print a benefits statement that shows your benefits for a future date. Click Print in the upper right corner. 13 On the Enrollments page, you can also compare benefit plans. For example, you might want to view the difference in cost if you change coverage levels. During annual enrollment, you might want to compare plans to see which plan will best fit your needs. To compare plans, click Compare Benefit Plans. 14 During annual enrollment, all available plan options will be listed. You can compare options, such as coverage level. 15 Another option on the Enrollments page is to review your current compensation for benefit purposes. Click Review Benefit Compensation. 16 The Benefit Compensation page displays your annual base salary and your projected federal taxable wages. 17 During open enrollment, all benefits that are available to you will be displayed on the Enrollments page. Select a category, such as Medical, to compare information, such as benefit costs, for the available options. You can select another category, or click the Forward To arrow in the upper right corner of the screen to move to another benefit category. 18 Let s take a look at an employee who is ready to enroll in benefits. To begin enrollment in the family life plan, click Start. 19 On this page, you will review dependent and beneficiary details and start your enrollment. You can have the system walk you through your benefit options, or, if you know what you need to change, click I Know What I Want to Change. In the upper right corner, you can click Finish Later to leave this page and return at your convenience. When you click I Know What I Want to Change, the benefit plans that are available for enrollment are displayed. Select the appropriate plan and click Continue. I Do Not Want To Make Any Changes will keep your current elections. 20 Your enrollment confirmation is displayed. A list of your benefits appears. The family life plan is displayed in the list. If a benefit election requires practitioner approval, you will see a pending approval indicator below the Your Changes Have Been Submitted message. 21 Access you re the open enrollment website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 22
